The Original Sauce that made Buffalo Chicken Wings Famous.
Accept No Imitations.



TO PREPARE:
2 1/2 lb. fresh chicken wings (12-16 whole wings)
1/2 cup Original Buffalo Wing Sauce
If preferred, split wings at joint, pat dry. Deep fry at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes,
or bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes until completely cooked and crispy; drain.
Put in bowl, add sauce and toss until wings are completely covered.
Serve with bleu cheese and celery.

For milder taste add additional margarine or butter.
Try Buffalo Wing Sauce on beef, pork & seafood.

Original Recipe 12 OZ Buffalo Wing SauceMARINATED CHICKEN BREASTS
Marinate Chicken Breasts in Buffalo Wing Sauce, then grill, basting with more Buffalo WingSauce if necessary. Remove from grill, dip or brush more Buffalo Wing Sauce and serve on a sandwich roll with mayonnaise and other favorite fixings.

BUFFALO WING BURGERS
Sauté onions in Buffalo Wings Sauce (4 parts onion: 1 par tBuffalo Wing Sauce). Grill burger, top with sautéed onions, and serve as desired.

BUFFALO WING STEAK SANDWICH
Marinate steak in Buffalo Wing Sauce. Slice steak thin, then grill with sliced green peppers and onion on flat top grill or in a lightly oiled pan. Remove steak, peppers and onions and dip or brush with additional Buffalo Wing Sauce, then place on a long bun and cover with Swiss cheese. Melt cheese with top heat, then serve.

BUFFALO WING CHICKEN NACHOS
Marinate chicken in Buffalo Wing Sauce,then grill, basting with more sauce as desired. Remove from grill, dice or slice, then toss on more sauce. Top tortilla chips with chicken, sprinkle with cheddar &/or Jack cheese then heat until cheese melts. Serve with sour cream, guacamole and sliced jalapenos.
